YMUN partners with nearly every hotel in New Haven to offer discounted rates to delegates. Please find booking information below. For questions about rooms and reservations, please contact the hotels directly.
Delegations are responsible for their travel to and from New Haven (see this page for information about reaching campus). Feel free to reach out to our Delegations team if you have travel concerns.
Once you have arrived on campus, YMUN provides complimentary bus service between the Omni, the primary conference venue, and the Cambria Hotel and Hotel Marcel for all conference events. All other hotels are walking distance from campus.
Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale
This is the primary conference hotel. Several conference events, including registration, will take place here. Buses to other hotels will drop delegates off and pick them up here.

Other Hotels
Delegates are welcome to make their own hotel arrangements, although we encourage you to take advantage of our discounted hotel rates at hotels (whose quality we have vetted) until their room blocks are full. Delegates staying at other hotels are responsible for organizing transportation to Yale’s campus.
