June 15th, 2024: Financial Aid Application Opens

October 11th, 2024: Financial Aid Applications due at 11:59 EST

October 11th, 2024: Deposits for Conference Fees due

October 20th, 2024: Financial Aid Decisions Released

November 1st, 2024: All Fees Due

November 13th, 2023: Country-Committee Preferences Due

December 10th, 2024: Delegate Names, Hotel Info., and Liability Forms due
